JUSTIFIABLE OUTRAGE
The Center for Disease Control downplays the AIDS
plague, reporting some 14,000 cases when there have been
several times that many cases in America. TIME magazine
said that over the next 12 months one million Americans
may die from this hideous disease.
Instead of taking strong measures to curtail the spread
of the diseasg some officials and even iel-igious ieadeis aie
trying to give it a helping hand by supporting so-called "goy
rights."
On November 11 NBC, with the promotion of the U.S.
Public Health Servicg featured the movig 'An Enrly Frost",
in which the attempt was made to arouse sympathy for the
homosexual carrier of AIDS. The obvious purpose of the
film is to remove any responsibility from the Gay community
for this epidemic. One of the doctors in the movie says, '7l3
not a gay disease und it never was. A virus doesn't know
or core what yaur sexual preference is. . . ."
Obviously innocent people may contract the disease,
especially if the person is deficient in minerals and other
nutrients and is unsanitary'. But it is equally obvious that
the epidernic has been started and is chiefly spread by the
homosexual comrnunity.
It is a sad commentary upon our nation that so little concern was given to the epidemie of sexual perversion untii it
resulted in an epidemic that threatens our physical lives.
GOD'S WORD. The most severe condemnation of God was
aimed, not at murder, theft and crimes against property, for
which our courts levy the heaviest penalties, but against the
sin of homosexual relations. 'And if a mon lie with mankind
as *'ith worxankind, both ef +he* ,t+ave co*#iggeC ebemination: they sholl surely be put to death; their blood sholl be
upon them" (Leviticus 20:13). This is clear enough. To Moses
God declared, "There shall be no sodomites of the sons of
Israel" (Deuteronomy 23:17). Concerning the men of Sodom
Genesis says that they "were wicked and sinners before the
Lord exceedingly" (Genesis 13:1 3).
Under the New Covenant, capital punishment is left to
the statg but homosexuality is no less sinful. Notice Romans
1:26,27: "God has given them up to shameful passions. Their
women have exchanged naturol intercourse for unnatural,
and their men in tttrn, given up natural rclations with women,
burn with lust for CIne another; males behstte indecently with
males, and are paid in their own persons the fittine woge
of such perversion."
While the media, including famous newspaper columnists,
defend homosexuality, the Bible says "Don't you know that
the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God?. . . Neither
the sexuolly immoral. . .nor homosexual offenders. . .will
inherit the Kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9, 10 NIV).

Contrary to the very basic purpose for man-to be conformed to the image of God-the homosexual person
despises the order of creation and rejects God as his judge.
Homosexuality is the basest, the most corrupt and filthiest
of all contra-culture practices. Even in primitive people it
has always been considered sub-human.
ALL HAVE SINNED. It is true that we all have sinned, and
I among the chief sinners. But it is one thing to sin, to
acknowiedge iI in shame and repeff of it, whileit-is quite
another to sin, then shamelessly boast of it, and seek to
legitimize it by disguising it as 'bn olternative lifestyle" and,
even worse, to try to normalize it by persuading all the rest
of society to engage in it.
How successful the sodomites have
been in whitewashing their deadly
practice can be seen in a study done
by professors Stanley Rothman and
Robert Lichter under the auspices of
the Research Institute on International
Changes at Coiumbia University. In
interviewing representatives of the 10
top prestige rnedia outlets-Newspaper
and Television-they found that 8590 of media staff favored
homosexuals teaching in public schools. TIME magazine
called Rock Hudson 'boumgeous" when, in fact, he cowardly
shared his disease in gay baths and bars and everywhere he
could in the past two years.
A gay spokesman was heard on public radio recently saylng
that, "in I98l we drew back and became more sexuolly conservstive because of fear of the AIDS epidemic. Now we have
decided that certoin death is preferable to dull sex liyes."
- TheJnrd-hassaid- 'All thry that hate me_loye deailt" This
hatred of God is personified in the sodomist. He hates the
fact that God created man and woman to function in
prescribed ways for the procreation of the race. He hates the
plain commands of God and prefers death to life as God
intended. He loves death for himself and wants to share it
with all the rest!
SELF DEFENSE. The continued perversion of sexuality with
its attendant deadly disease of AIDS is destined to doom
our generation unless there is a national uprising of moral
outrage against it.
Then why don't our legislators, lawyers, judges, doctors
and religious leaders rise up against this cornmon enemy?
I can think of three reasons. (1) They do not want to oppose
the popular religion of humanisrn by coming out on the side
of God and His moral laws; (2) To take a stand now would
be to admit responsibility for ever having allowed such conditions to thrive; (3) They are afraid of the political clout
of pro-sodomites in high places, such as those in Washington
D.C. (estimated to number 250,000), those in the feminist
of lobbies such as the National "unforgivoble sin" but an unnatural affection and can be

o FLAYBOY BANNED. The small country of Papua New Guinea
has banned Playboy Magazine. Mr. Lawrence Sausau, chairman
of a government agency, said that Playboy Magazine is banned
indefinitely. In rnaking the announcement Mr. Sausau said, '1 . .the
rnagazine does not contribute anything positive such as improving
education and raising literary standards. . .the board also took into
account the fact that. . .our custom forbids such things
(as
presented in Playboy) and we acted according to the customs and
tlie Christian values of this country. We have advised news agents
to rernove whatever eopies they have on the shelf and withdraw
the magazind' (Tqil City Evangel). In the meantirne a former
Piaymate has charged that some of the Piayrnates were involved
in an international call girl ring which had ties to the Playboy
Mansion, and that Hugh Hefner and his staff encouraged
Playrnates to use illegal drugs and coerced them into bisexual
activities and orgies to satisfy Flefner's interests. (Reported in NFD

c COSTS T{}O MUCH. In thrree counties
in Virginia, you needn't
expect to work in the police, fire or sheriff's departments if you
smoke. The reason, say the counties, is financial: they can't afford
the health-package costs when the smoker eventually goes on a
medical pension. Applicants for these jobs must promise in writing
not to srnoke on or off the job and agree that breaking their
promise is cause for dismissal without grievance procedure. The
unusual provisions have been upheid in court challenges in spite
of the current emphasis on personal rights. {Signs of the Times

are an increasing number of Mormons who doubt that the Book of Mormon is what their church
leaders told thern it was. it is supposed to be a translation of some
golden plates Joseph Smith found in New York in the last cen-

Church, now disbelieves that story because of his study. Larson
