PRELIMINARYINFORMATION:NOPURCHASENECESSARY.Apurchasewillnotimproveyourchancesofwinning.
Voidwhereprohibited.The2017GolfChannelFantasy(the“Contest”)willbeginonMonday,January2,2017
at 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 11:59 P.M ET (the “Contest
Period”). The Contest consists of thirty-five (35) weekly drawings (“Weeklies,” each a “Weekly”). Each Weekly
beginstheMondaybeforethetournamentstartsandclosestheThursdaybeforethetournament.Exacttimesto
bedetermined(“TBD”)bySponsors,intheirsolediscretion,dependingonlocationoftournamentandteeoff
times. Participants may check official start/end times for making picks each week at
http://fantasy.golfchannel.com/ (the “Website”). Beginning Monday, January 2, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. ET,
participants may enter the Golf Channel Fantasy Golf League via the Internet by logging on to the Website at
and selecting Golfers (defined below) for the Weeklies. Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State,
Provincialandlocallaws.
Winners are determined solely based on the objective Golf Channel Fantasy Scoring System outlined in these

TournamentSchedule”).EachTourTournamentwillconsistof:(i)aweeklyentryperiod(“WeeklyEntryPeriod”)
thatwillbeginontheMondaybeforetheTourTournament,asspecifiedinthechartbelow(“WeeklyEntry
PeriodStartTime”),andcloseone(1)hourpriortothestarttime/beginningteetimeoftheTourTournament
(“WeeklyEntryPeriodEndTime”).ExacttimeswillbedeterminedbySponsorsattheirsolediscretiondepending
onlocationoftheweeklyTourTournament.
AspartoftheEntry,youwillberequiredtocreateafantasygolfteamofsix(6)golferseligiblefortheTour
Tournament(“Golfers”)(“Team”).EachTeamwillbeawardedaonehundredthousanddollar($100,000)weekly
fantasybudget(“Budget”)topurchaseGolfers.EachGolferwillbeassignedamonetaryvalue.EachTeammust
picksix(6)GolferswhoseaggregateindividualvalueiswithintheBudget.Youwillonlybeabletomakechanges

InvitationaltheweekofaMajorInvitationalQualifyingEvent(definedbelow)willqualifyforthatMajors
invitational(“MajorsInvitational”)aswell.
Therewillbesix(6)qualifyingeventsforeachMajorInvitational(denotedbyasterisksintheTour
TournamentScheduleabove):theMaster’sInvitationalQualifyingEvents,U.S.OpenInvitational
QualifyingEvents,PGAChampionshipInvitationalQualifyingEventsandTheOpenChampionship
InvitationalQualifyingEvents,respectively(“MajorInvitationalQualifyingEvents,”eacha“Major
InvitationalQualifyingEvent”).DuringtheweekofaMajorsQualifyingEvent,thetopfive(5)Entries
fromeachSideGamewillqualifyfortherelatedMajorsInvitational.
AnEntrymayqualifyforthesubsequentGolfChannelInvitationalandthecorrespondingMajors
Invitational/swiththesameEntry.IntheeventthesameEntryqualifiesforaMajorsInvitationalmore
thanonce,theEntrywiththenexthighestscoreintheindividualSideGamewillbepickedasan
alternative,replacementEntry.TheseOfficialRuleswillapplytoallSideGames.
TheTeamsthatqualifyforeachGolfChannelInvitationalandMajor’sInvitationalwillresetafter
completion.TherewillbenoGolfChannelInvitationalduringaWeeklyEntryPeriodwhenaMajors
Invitationaltakesplace(WeeklyEntryPeriods14,23,28and31,respectively).However,thetopfive
hundred(500)EntrieswiththehighestnumberofTotalTournamentPointsfromeachMajors
InvitationalwillqualifyforthesubsequentGolfChannelInvitational,totakeplacetheweekafterthe
respectiveMajorsInvitational.
EachTourTournamentissubjecttochangeatthediscretionofSponsorsand/orthePGATour’s
governingbodies.IfaTourTournamentiscancelledorendsearly,foranyreason,Sponsorwillaward
tournamentpoints(“TournamentPoints”)basedontheper-holescoring,tournamentfinishingposition
scoring,andstreaksandbonusesscoringintheGolfChannelfantasyscoringsystem(seechartbelow)
(“GolfChannelFantasyScoringSystem”)pre-determinedbytheSponsor.IfnoTourTournamentis
played,noTournamentPointsorPrizeswillbeawarded.
Limit:Eachentrantmaycreateone(1)TeamperWeeklyEntryPeriod.Sponsorsarenotresponsiblefor
lost,late,incomplete,invalid,unintelligibleormisdirectedteams,whichwillbedisqualified.Multiple

EachMovingDayChallengewillconsistof(i)aweeklyentryperiod(“MovingDayChallengeWeekly
