The staff and residents were encouraged to get creative and come up with a crazy hat for FUNtastic Friday.
Today was a perfect day for an indoor picnic lunch (it was a cold and rainy day outside)!
The residents and staff had fun modeling some of their creations.
The residents were encouraged to dress in picnic attire. We all pretended we were going to a picnic, so they
dressed in clothing that they would wear for such an outing. Dietary prepared sack lunches for everyone to
make it even more special. The dining room was decorated picnic style with plaid tablecloths, napkins and
cups. Because no picnic is complete without them, we even had plastic ants on tables! The residents really
enjoyed playing along and eating the food.
