Nobody can search you or your things, unless they can
prove to a judge that they have a good reason to suspect
you of committing a crime.
No one can be tried for a serious crime unless indicted (accused) by a
grand jury. No one can be forced to testify against herself or himself. No
one can be punished without due process of law. No one shall face
double jeopardy (tried for the same crime twice). People must be paid
for property taken for public use.

In all criminal cases, the accused shall have the right to a
speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury; to face the
witnesses against him; and to have an attorney for his defense.
In civil cases you have the right to a trial by jury, and no
case tried by a jury, shall be reexamined in any Court.
No excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual
punishments.
People have other rights not listed in the Constitution.
