WHAT DOES AN EVENING
LOOK LIKE?
When the Cubbies come
to club, they begin their
evening in their Cubbies
room. There they have
their Bible story time and their
Handbook time where they
learn
Bible
verses
and
complete sections in their
handbook. They go to the
gym for their Game time.
The Sparks and T&T begin
in the gym for the
opening for the
evening
with
pledges to the
American flag
and to the
AWANA flag.
Recognition of birthdays
and visitors as well as any
announcements are done
at this time as well. Then
each of these two clubs
dismiss to their class areas
where they have their
own
Handbook
time
(reciting
verses and
working on
their books), Council time
where
they
hear
a
devotional, hear from a
missionary, or learn about
Bible stories and the
application for their lives,
and Game time which
takes place in the gym.
