Minimum of 12 credits. Determined by student’s program/major/school.
QL readiness is achieved by a QL readiness score of 9 or above on the Math Placement/QL Exam or
by a passing grade in a 100 Level Math course.
WRITING COMPETENCY (3 credits)
Must be met by all students before taking a Writing Intensive course.
CAPSTONE/E-PORTFOLIO
Writing Competency is achieved by fulfilling one of the following:
WRTG 10600/transfer equivalent OR
ICSM with a 108xx or 118xx designation OR
AP credit (4,5)
English Language & Composition OR English Literature & Composition
ATTRIBUTES:

Students in H & S may fulfill through a minor, a second major, a foreign language sequence, or a self-designed suite of courses.
