Operations Director– Part time
Organisation: Lothians Veterans Centre
Salary: between £28,000 and £30,000 pro-rata dependent upon experience
Hours: 12 hours per week (flexible across 5 days)
Status: Part time, initially funded for twelve months, with extension subject to
secured funding

Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with empathy for the needs of
disadvantaged Veterans and their families. You will provide strategic direction and
planning for the organisation and work closely with the board of directors. Your
main responsibility will be to secure grant funding to provide to 90% of the charity’s
annual income requirements. You will be expected to establish and maintain
strategic partnerships with other agencies to enhance and extend service delivery
for our clients.
Knowledge and experience of Veterans issues is essential.
