Basic room rentals such as for a bridal shower, baby shower, or a meeting are
available upon request. Room rentals can accommodate up to 55 guests. Rooms can
be rented for up to 2 hours for $75, $100, or $125. Tables, chairs, and a host are

TIPS FOR BIRTHDAY
PARTIES AT THE Y










All parties include a party host(s) and favors.
Cake, ice cream, and pre-made food are permitted but not included in party packages.
The number of tables and chairs are provided based on the party package you choose
and will be set up before your arrival.
Parties are either 1.5 or 2 hours long. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party
time to set up any food or decorations you may bring.
Party favors will be delivered in the final 30 minutes of your party.
Rental applications are due no later than four weeks prior to your requested event
date.
Indoor parties are only held on weekends, while pool parties may be available MondayFriday during regular pool hours provided that appropriate staff are available.
Parties and requested dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis, and require
a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Any remaining balance of your package price is due 2 weeks before the event, or the
date will be released for re-booking.
You may add extra children to your guest count at $5 per child. Should you have extra
children at your party, you may take care of the final balance 30 minutes prior to the
party’s end.
