must register with Miami Dade County Public Schools online
thru the Portal. Even if you did this last year, you have to go in
& “refresh” your status. (www.dadeschools.net)

First log on to the “Parent Portal”
2. Click the Services/Sites tab on the top
3. Select “Be a School Volunteer” then choose Gateway K-8
and then the activity(s) you wish to volunteer
4. Once you have completed all the information online, you
must bring a copy of your driver’s license or Florida ID or
Passport to complete the registration process






