information about air
pollution.
This table shows the Emission
Standard as well as the availability
of the vehicle. The maps shaded
in blue indicate vehicles certified
under the federal emission
standard system.

and several Northeast
states have adopted stricter
emissions standards than

certification. Assume that

standard unless the
underhood label ID
matches the ID shown for
the California certified
vehicles.
