It is distilled once from carefully selected rice and Koji, giving elaborate rich and sweet aroma. 25% proof. Honjozo Akashi – Tai 8/38(72cl) Honjozo is medium bodied Sake, light, dry and fragrant with a hint of citrus. Delicious at any temperature. 15% proof. Junmai Daiginjo Akashi – Tai 40(30cl) It is full bodied premium Sake with fruity and floral aromas. 17% proof.
