JOB AID: DELEGATING AND REMOVING DELEGATION July 13, 2015 Delegating an Application and Removing Delegation Consumers can work with Certified Enrollment Counselors (CECs) to apply for coverage. A Consumer can request a specific CEC for delegation – meaning the CEC can access the Consumer’s account and application for coverage – by locating and sending the CEC a request for assistance. The Consumer can also remove the CEC’s access to their account and application through CoveredCA.com. This Job Aid is intended for Service Center Representatives (SCRs) and County Eligible Workers (CEWs) who are supporting consumers in their request of a CEC delegation or removal.
