Sale of Immovable property/ies mortgaged to Bank under Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (No.54 of 2002).
Whereas, the Authorized Officer of the bank had taken possession of the following property/ies pursuant to the notice issued under Sec 13(2) of the Securitization and
Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in the loan account with right to sell the same on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS, AS IS WHAT IS
BASIS AND WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS” for realization of Bank's dues plus interest as detailed hereunder and whereas consequent upon failure to repay the dues, the
undersigned in exercise of power conferred under Section 13(4) of the Act proposes to realizes the Bank's dues by sale of the said property/ies. The sale shall be conducted by

Terms and Conditions:1.
The sale process of all the properties shall be conducted through e-Auction on the said date i.e. 31.01.2013 from 1 PM to 3 PM. By the Bank's e-auction service provider
“M/s. Antares System Limited, AC-92/1, Prafulla Kanan East, Krishnapur, Kolkata-700101, Contact Person Mr. Debraj Saha (Mob No- 09674758721) Mr. Kumar
Chandan, (Mob No- 09674758720)” on the platform of the website i.e. www.tenderwizard.com/abbank. The service provider will also provide training on e-auction, if
required, to those bidders who will deposit EMD.
2. The intending participants of e-Auction may download free of cost copies of sale notice, terms & conditions of e-auction, help manual on operational part of e-Auction &
process compliance from related to this e-Auction from the above mentioned web site of service provider i.e. www.tenderwizard.com/abbank. For the purpose of
participation in the e-auction, the intending bidder must have a valid digital signature (Class II & above). Any intending bidder, presently not having digital signature may
procure it from any Registering Authority (Certified by Government of India) issuing such signature.
3. Interested party/ies may send/submit their application on Annexure –I (enclosed with sale notice on the site of service provider) with name, Address, Name of the Account
against which intending buyer intend to participate in e-Auction, Location of the property, Tel No./Mob No. of the applicant & Valid E-mail ID, showing inclination for
purchase of the said property in sealed cover super scribing as “Offer for Asset at (write the address of the asset)- A/c - Manmohan Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.” along with
earnest money deposit equivalent to 10% (ten percent) of Reserve Price of the property by Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft favouring the “Authorised Officer, Allahabad
Bank” payable at Kolkata/Hardoi, which is refundable without interest, if the bid is not successful. Offer should reach us latest by 29th January, 2013 at any of the abovementioned addresses. The Application without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected.
4. After obtaining application from the intending buyer, the Authorised officer shall advise the name of the intending buyer to the Bank's Service provider i.e. “Antares
System Limited, AC-92/1, Prafulla Kanan East, Krishnapur, Kolkata-700101”. The intending bidders is required to get their registration & login Password for participation
in e-auction through their assistance.
5. It is in the interest of the intending buyer that the login password generated by the Bank's service provider may be changed at their own choice as soon as they receive
login password from the Bank's service provider otherwise intending buyer shall not be able to participate in e-auction.
6. The successful applicant declared through the process of e-Auction shall deposit 25% (twenty five percent) of the bid amount within 1st February, 2013 by Banker's
Cheque/Demand Draft favouring the “Authorised Officer, Allahabad Bank” payable at Kolkata/Hardoi. In case, the successful bidder fails to deposit 25% of the bid
amount within 1st February, 2013, the entire deposit made by the bidder towards earnest money shall be forfeited by the Authorised Officer without any notice and the
property/ies shall forthwith be resold.
7. The balance amount of the purchase money shall be paid to the Authorised Officer, Allahabad bank on or before the 15th (fifteenth) day from the day of e auction (i.e. 18th
February, 2013). In default of payment within the said period, the entire deposit made by the bidder together with the earnest money shall be forfeited by the Authorised
Officer without any notice and the property/ies shall be resold.
8. The defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all claims to the property/ies or to any part of the sum for which it may be subsequently sold.
9. All such payments to be made only in the form of Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of the “Authorised Officer, Allahabad Bank.”
10. The successful bidder would bear the charges/fees payable for conveyance such as stamp duty, Registration fees, etc., as applicable, as per law.
11. The Authorised Officer will not be responsible for any charge, lien, encumbrance, property tax, or any other dues to the Government or anybody, in respect of the property
under sale.
12. The Authorised Officer has the absolute right to accept or reject any tender/bid or adjourn/postpone the sale without assigning any reason thereof.
13. The e-Auction is subject to confirmation by the Bank.
14. Intending Buyer may personally visit the property in order to ascertain the exact location and nature of property.

Ganj, Dist. - Hardoi, U.P. - 241001 during office hours, between 15th to 19th January, 2013.
This is also a notice to the borrower/guarantors of the above said loan about holding of this sale on the above mentioned date if their outstanding dues are
not repaid in full.
