LETTUCE COOK
Kids in the kitchen? Absolutely! Cooking remains one of the top life skills
everyone needs. Learning to cook at a young age helps children gain confidence
and independence, and they are more likely to try different types of food when
they’ve prepared it themselves. Our sessions are divided by cuisine and with so
many dishes to make, no class repeats the same recipe. Cooking in a commercial
kitchen, each class is separated by skill and maturity level to ensure a positive
experience for each student. Each week offers a morning and afternoon session,
featuring a different set of recipes and flavors; check the online registration for
the full list! Food supply fee is included in cost.

Wunder Academy is a creative and nurturing environment and will make your
child’s summer more fun and productive. Your child’s mind is creative and
receptive. Studies have shown that just after 8 months of piano/keyboard

rewires sections of the brain and develops parts of the sensory cortex dedicated
to physical skills … These connections last a lifetime and are directly related to
other skills we learn. To register please use the link

YOGA
Yoga for kids is a fun and purposeful activity where children are able to develop
flexibility, focus, and coordination for a happy, healthy, and balanced life. Yoga
provides many physical and emotional health benefits, and children have a blast
putting together different sequences while also identifying the link between
emotions and physical movement. In these classes, yoga poses will often be
executed through the telling of a meaningful story, and each class will focus on
different concepts such as grounding, stillness, community, and strength.
Students will also learn different breathing techniques that help with relaxation,
better sleep, increased memory, and will boost energy levels.
