POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position : Press Feederman
Department : Press Department
Position Summary :
Assists the Press Operator with set up and operation of Sheet-Fed Presses.
Major Responsibilities :






Assists the Press Operator with equipment set up (make ready).
Loads paper on end of press.
Assists in mounting plates.
Mixes ink, wash down press after each job.
Assists with preventative maintenance.
Informs Press Operators of problems.
Qualifications:







Completion of high school or specific technical training or combination of experience and training
Minimum 3 years previous experience
Ability to lift up to 23 Kg
Good math skills
Colour proficiency
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of Manitoba Health & Safety regulations
