ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: You may place your order by phone, fax, or email.
Faxed and e-mailed orders should state the name of your agency, include the item number, quantity desired, a short
description of the product, and should be followed up as soon as possible with a phone call to schedule a pick-up time.
We can hold items for a short amount of time, but orders that are over 1 month old will be voided and the products will
be returned to stock.
ORDER PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Because we want you to get everything you ordered, and because we can
make mistakes, please check your order as it is loaded at the time of pick-up.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment must be made by agency check and paid within 30 days of pick-up. Cash or
money orders will not be accepted.
Federal law stipulates that ALL PRODUCTS obtained from SWGFB must be provided FREE OF CHARGE to those
in need.

When we re-order products the price may change, but we will publish the new price in the

Don’t forget to browse through our shopping area when you come in to pick up your order. It is
restocked several times per week with fresh fruits & vegetable, baked goods, canned and dry goods,
soda pop and juices, fresh eggs, frozen meats and many other great items for you to take and offer
to your clients! (You’ll have to ask about the frozen and refrigerated items, as they are not on
display.)
