The exhibition is open to all residents of the Southwest.
Entries must be the original work of the exhibiting artist.
Maximum 2 entries per artist will be accepted. (See Open Category.)
PAG Inc reserves the right to reject entries where subject or standard of
production are considered unsuitable. Selection and judges' decisions
are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries must be professionally presented, mounted or framed and
ready to hang.
Works must be delivered between 2.00pm and 6.00pm on Wed 21st
Sept. Clearly labelled on the back: title, medium, name, address, phone
number and price.
Due to limited space Pemberton Arts Group Inc cannot guarantee all
artworks will be displayed. Only PAG Inc financial members are eligible for selection for the Painted Tree Gallery. Entries submitted must
be made available for both exhibition locations unless otherwise negotiated.
Unsold and/or unselected works must be collected between 3.00pm and
5.00pm Sat 8th October at Pemberton Sports Club. Unless alternative
arrangements are made by the artists within 3 days after the collection
date, uncollected works will become the property of PAG Inc.
Insurance is the responsibility of the artist. While all care will be taken
no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.
Transport and insurance of artworks to and from the exhibition venue
remain the responsibility of the artist. PAG Inc will organise delivery to
and from the Painted Tree.
All works must be for sale & are subject to 20% commission upon sale.
Payment for works sold will be posted to artists within 3 weeks of the
close of the exhibition.
Prizes will be announced at the opening at Pemberton Sports Club at
6.00pm on Sat 24th September, to which all artists will be invited.
Unsold works from the Painted Tree Gallery must be collected between
3.00pm and 5.00pm Tues 8th November 2015 at Community Arts Room,
unless alternative arrangements are made by the artists.
PAG Inc reserves the right to use images of entries for promotional &
publicity purposes.
