Situated in the heart of Broadbeach, we offer an array of facilities
and entertainment areas for everyone to enjoy. The tavern boasts
a relaxed and friendly environment perfect for your special occasion.
Our function areas are the perfect area for any social event. If you
need a room to celebrate a birthday, engagement, hens/bucks
night, birthday, christmas party or any special occasion, contact
one of our friendly staff today.
FUNCTION FACILITIES
LIARS BAR
For any functions that do not require a private area, the Liar’s Bar can
be sectioned off to accommodate your booking between the hours
10am - 3am. Facilities include pool tables, jukebox, dancefloor
and full access to the main bar. The size of the area will depend
on the size of your party.
This area offers FREE ROOM HIRE for all bookings.
FUNCTION FACILITIES
BEACH BAR
This area is perfect if you are looking for something a little more private.
Depending on the event we can section off an area at no cost or arrange
exclusive hire. The Beach Bar has its own private bar and is best suited
for groups 50 -150.
Function Room Hire (Mon- Fri) $250
Room hire includes full event planning and coordination
by our professional staff.
Function Room Hire (Sat - Sun) $500
Room hire includes full event planning and coordination
by our professional staff.
Additional Costs (security, decorations, waitresses, entertainment) will vary depending on
your requirements, please talk to your function coordinator for details.

DECK
Facing towards Kurrawa Beach this area is the perfect spot for all
occasions. It provides some privacy yet full access to The Beach
Bar facilities and can cater for up to 80 pax. Our friendly function
coordinator will be on hand to help you with all the details ensuring
a stress free experience.
Deck Hire $100
Hire includes full event planning and coordination by our
professional staff.

DEFINITIONS
‘The Venue’, ‘Management’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to Broadbeach Tavern and their respective employees.
PAYMENTS
•
All quoted items must be paid in full at least 7 days prior
CATERING & BEVERAGES
•
Food and beverage orders must be finalised at least 7 days prior to the event. We may be able
to organise after this time, but we cannot guarantee. Please discuss with Management.
•
The Venue requires to be informed of final numbers at least 7 days prior to the event date.
•
In accordance with food and safety compliance, no food supplied by The Venue is permitted
to be taken from the premises.
SECURITY & CONDUCT
•
If you require a security guard to exclusively serve your function, allowing only invited guests
to attend, this must be organised at least 1 week prior to the event at a cost of $50 per hour,
per security guard.
•
The Venue takes its responsible service of alcohol obligations seriously and you must support
any decisions we make in relation to the responsible service of alcohol.
•
The Venue has the right to refuse entry or service and remove from the premises any person
it deems to be approaching intoxication.
•
The Venue has the right to refuse entry or service and remove from the premises any person
it deems to be behaving in an improper, abusive, disorderly or anti-social manner.
•
In accordance with the Law, minors must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian
at all times.
•
You must advise Management if minors are going to attend your function. Management reserve
the right to impose additional conditions in relation to minors, including the times and areas
that minors may attend.
