Photography Application
Welcome to the 8th annual Red Ball, Igniting Awareness for World AIDS Day. This
year’s event will take place on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at EXDO Event Center.
Due to the large amount of interest in our event, a completed application for
participation must be submitted. Applications will be reviewed by Red Ball
committee members and photographers will be notified via e-mail whether their
applications have been accepted or declined.
For consideration in this year’s event, please return a signed and dated application
(both pages) to Colorado AIDS Project (CAP) no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday,
October 28, 2016. Late applications will not be considered.
Accepted photographers will be issued 2 admissions to the event with backstage
access for one photographer and one assistant, age 18 or older, and will be given
a dedicated space in the photography section for the show. Photographers will be
chosen to participate in this year’s event based on style, look of work, and previous
experience. Due to space restrictions not every photographer who submits an
application will be accepted. Applications from photographers who have not
complied with the application regulations in the past will not be considered.
All photographers who are accepted for this year’s event will be asked to share all
photos taken at Red Ball with Denver Colorado AIDS Project (DCAP). Do you agree
to share the entirety of photos captured including raw, untouched photos with
DCAP by December 31, 2016?

DCAP uses photos of Red Ball in marketing campaigns for future events and in

taken at Red Ball for promotional purposes of the organization and future events?

allows, otherwise on the Red Ball website.)
