Ralph is an experienced China tax and business advisor
assisting foreign investors to formulate their China investment
strategy and efficient China tax schemes. He is actively
involved in tax, regulatory and business advisory for
European multinational corporations as well as small and
medium-sized enterprises, e.g. establishment of companies,
corporate restructuring and international tax planning with
respect to Asian and German tax and legal systems.

Ralph began his career with PwC in 2001 in Germany and is
working in China since beginning of 2006. During his legal
training he has been working in Shanghai before he joined
PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 2001 until 2005 he was
based in Germany working in Corporate Tax and he was a
member of the China Business Group in Duesseldorf.
Ralph is German Lawyer and Certified Tax Advisor
(Rechtsanwalt / Steuerberater). He is a regular speaker on
China related tax issues in China and Europe and has
published various professional articles.
Ralph is the chairman of the controlling working group at the
German Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the
chamber of certified tax advisors in Germany.
