White Zinfandel a gorgeous, jewel-like colour
with flavours of dried cranberry, watermelon
and fresh cherry.
Gallo Rosito
This is the drink of summer, with a
delicious mix of Gallo White Grenache
topped with ginger ale and red summer
berries, served over ice.
ingredients:
100ml Gallo White Grenache,
30ml ginger ale,
2 strawberries,
2 raspberries
method:
shake and pour over ice
glass:
highball/sling
garnish:
strawberries
and raspberries

Gallo Curious Crush
A simple, summery mix of Gallo White
Zinfandel shaken with gin, crushed red
grapes, fresh lemon juice. Best served
long over ice with a large group of friends.
ingredients:
65ml Gallo White Zinfandel,
30ml gin,
12.5ml fresh lemon juice,
30ml fresh pressed apple juice,
15ml simple syrup,
5 red grapes
method:
shake and pour over crushed ice
glass:
sling
garnish:
red grapes

Gallo Summer
Fruit Spritzer
A crisp & fresh mix of Gallo White
Grenache topped with soda water
served over ice & garnished with
a slice of cucumber, a strawberry
and a sprig of mint.
ingredients:
100ml Gallo White Grenache,
30ml soda water
method:
pour over ice
glass:
highball/sling
garnish:
slice of cucumber,
a strawberry and
a sprig of mint

Gallo California Cosmo
Make this fun and fabulous blend of
Gallo White Grenache shaken with vodka
citron, fresh lime and a hint of Cointreau.
Serve straight up with a lemon twist.
ingredients:
35ml Gallo White Grenache,
25ml vodka citron (lemon vodka),
12.5ml Cointreau,
10ml fresh lime juice,
30ml soda water
method:
shake and strain
glass:
chilled large Martini
garnish:
lemon twist

Gallo Spritz
The sun seems to shine a little brighter
when you mix Gallo White Grenache with
redcurrant cordial and ‘spritz’ with soda
water. Serve in a chilled wine glass with
a twist of lemon.
ingredients:
75ml Gallo White Grenache,
15ml redcurrant cordial,
50-60ml soda water
method:
stir first two ingredients with ice,
strain drink from ice, add soda, stir

chilled wine glass
garnish:
lemon twist

Gallo Summer Blush
Bring a little glamour to any gathering
with Gallo White Grenache shaken with
Aperol, passion fruit syrup and fresh
pink grapefruit juice, served in a coupette
to make a perfect aperitif.
ingredients:
60ml Gallo White Grenache,
20ml Aperol,
30ml fresh pink grapefruit juice,
12.5ml passion fruit syrup
method:
shake and strain
glass:
chilled aperitivo or coupette
garnish:
grapefruit twist spiral

Gallo La Bella
A very beautiful blend of Gallo White
Zinfandel shaken with gin, Campari, fresh
lemon juice and fresh raspberries with
a hint of sugar, served over crushed ice.
ingredients:
35ml Gallo White Zinfandel,
20ml gin,
10ml Campari,
15ml lemon juice,
10ml sugar syrup,
5 raspberries
method:
shake, fine strain and pour over ice
glass:
large rocks,
crushed ice
garnish:
lemon slice,
two raspberries

Gallo Summer Breeze
For summer fun with friends simply
shake Gallo White Zinfandel with cognac
and watermelon, fresh lemon juice and
serve over shimmering cubes of ice.
ingredients:
55ml Gallo White Zinfandel,
20ml cognac,
20ml fresh lemon juice,
25ml watermelon syrup
method:
shake and pour over ice
glass:
highball, cubed ice
garnish:
watermelon slice

Gallo Cherry Cobbler
Hot summer nights need something
fun and fruity so mix-up Gallo White
Grenache with fresh cherries and lemon
chunks swizzled with cherry marnier
and cognac. Serve with crushed ice.
ingredients:
80ml Gallo White Grenache,
10ml cognac,
10ml cherry marnier,
10ml fresh lemon juice,
6 fresh cherries
method:
mix it all up in a glass and swizzle

Gallo Summer
Berry Punch
Mix up a big bowl of summer for your
friends with Gallo White Grenache,
raspberry vodka, Bottlegreen summerberry cordial, fresh lemon juice, fresh
cucumber and strawberry, served in a
large punch bowl.
ingredients:
1btl Gallo White Grenache,
200ml raspberry vodka,
100ml fresh lemon juice,
125ml Bottlegreen summerberry cordial,
6 cucumber slices,
6 strawberries
method:
mix all ingredients in a punch bowl, chill for 1 hour
glass:
highball, cubed ice
garnish:
mint sprig,
cucumber slices,
strawberry quarters
