Your job is create an engaging podcast that will convince the general public that your chosen key event is an essential component to the novel study. Audience • • The target audience is the general public/students at your school. You need to convince the audience that your chosen key event is an essential component to the novel study. Situation • • The context you find yourself in is placing yourself in the role of a different person, articulating their perspective while also communicating the importance of the chosen event. The challenge involves actively participating in responsible digital citizenship. Product, Performance, and Purpose • • You will create a podcast (radio news clip, monologue, online lecture) and one other multimedia tool to support your cause. You also need to develop a problem-solving chart and a written script. Standards and Criteria for Success • • • • • Your audio representation needs to be clear, catchy and exciting! It must be engaging to your audience. Your written statement needs to include a plot line organizer and a written script. Your work will be graded according to the assignment rubric.
