Registration fee: first months fees plus a one-time registration fee of $3.00.
Payment for the month is due by the 1st day of that month, payable in full at the
MFRC. Late payments will be subject to a 5% penalty.
Please note that there will be no reduction in fees for missed classes or
short months due to holidays (no classes over Christmas and Easter
breaks).
If you are registering more than one student, please fill out an additional
registration form.
1. Lessons follow the school year, so there are no lessons during
Christmas Break and Easter week (there is no cost adjustment when
lessons are not scheduled due to school holiday/breaks).
2. The instructor will do her best to provide makeup lessons when
lessons are cancelled due to bad weather or an unavailable instructor.
No make-up lessons are scheduled when you are unable to attend
your regularly scheduled lesson.
3. Scheduling of lessons is arranged directly with the instructor:
[email protected]. You will be contacted to arrange your
lesson schedule prior to the beginning of the month. Please return any
messages left promptly, as no credits or refunds are offered if your
child should miss starting at the beginning of the month.
4. If a student is in need of an instrument to practice, please let the
instructors know! She will do her best to find you the best deals on
equipment.
5. Any questions or concerns regarding music instructions should be
brought to the attention of Abigail Scott. Concerns or issues with
regards to payments/fees need to be addressed with the MFRC.
6. A one-time registration fee of $3.00 is included in the initial registration
fee to the MFRC.
7. Payments for lessons are due by the 1st of every month. Payments
past due will result in an additional 5% surcharge and repetitive late
payment issues may result in loss of lesson placement.
8. 15 days of notice must be provided when ending your lessons or fees
may be applied for the following month. Notice must be provided in
writing to the MFRC.
9. There will be an additional cost for books if the student requires a
lesson book.
