What’s a Candy Bar? Glad you asked! A Loving
Spoonful’s Candy Bar adds that necessary dazzle to any
party, event or gathering you are having! It consists of a bold
and eye catching variety of colourful candies presented in
apothecary jars, platters and cake stands on beautifully
decorated table! All jars and vases are labeled with the
type of candy displayed along with your choice of ribbon!
Goodie bags are provided for your guests to fill with
any candies their little heart desires!
What is the cost? The cost of your unique candy bar will
depend on the number of people at your event. A Loving
Spoonful’s friendly staff will be in attendance to make your
event memorable. Remember all proceeds will go directly to
buy meals for people in need.
Why don’t I make a Candy Bar myself? Why you
ask? It is an expensive and time consuming task for you to
buy all of the glassware, table linens, scoops, candy, ribbons,
and tags. Then what do you do with everything after the
party? Let us run the show for you with setup and takedown!

can get just about any candy you can imagine!

A Loving Spoonful has been providing free m eals and
nutritional couns elling along with love, hope and
compassion to men, women and children affected by
HIV/A IDS in Met ro Vanc ouver for over 23 years.
Every week our volunteer drivers deliver a week's worth
of meals, fresh fruit, juice, milk, yogurt and bread to
those in the community who need it most.
Since it’s inception, A Loving Spoonful has provided
over 2 million meals to some of the most vulnerable
people in our comm unity. The organization's staff and
Dietician work closely with eac h individual client or
family to ensure that their dietary requirements are met.
A Loving Spoonful’s menu has over 45 different meals
to choose from and some of them are specifically
designed for restricted diets.
With a mission that No One Living with A IDS Should
Live with Hunger, A Loving Spoonful has the ongoing
goal to ensure that every individual living with HIV/AIDS
in our community has the adequate nutrition required to
give them a fighting chance at life.
How do I know how much candy to order from
you? Let us worry about all of the details. This should be a
fun stress free part of your event. We are experts on
estimating how much candy we need to bring depending on
how many guests will be in attendance. We always bring a
little extra so your guests will be impressed.
Sweet Dreams
About A Loving Spoonful
is at a venue then we will contact the coordinator and
find out what arrangements need to be made. We will be
there early at the venue or at your home to set up. A Loving
Spoonful staff will be on hand to restock or help in any
way if needed! At the end of your event we will take
everything away and make sure the area is as clean.
We will pack up all the extra candy for you to take home.
For a wedding do I still need to give out favours?
No, the candy is meant to replace the traditional favours. You
will see how much your guests love to fill their goodie bags
with colourful candies and tasty treats. We guarantee they will
be talking about your candy bar for years to come!
