The G 7825 Laboratory Glassware Washer Compact Design, High Throughput G 7825: Leading Machine Features The Miele G 7825 The Miele G 7825 Glassware Washing System is designed to provide highthroughput glassware cleaning in areas where space is at a premium. This unit is ideal for cleaning both large volumes of small items, and difficult to clean large items. This high tech system has been proven in hundreds of laboratories worldwide. It features the user-friendly Profitronic programming system for easy programming, a fully modular basket system for wash load flexibility, and an automatic basket recognition system to help eliminate user error. Key Features • The G 7825 includes 11 standard wash programs designed to handle a wide variety of cleaning challenges, 8 utility programs, plus the ability to store 45 additional programs • Built-in top and bottom spray arms, plus direct injection units, provide thorough spray coverage throughout the chamber, regardless of the number of pieces being cleaned or the number of basket levels being used. • The two heavy duty circulation pumps are rated at 700 total liters of water per minute for fast, thorough cleaning. • Main wash temperatures reach up to 95º C for superior cleaning results. • High-grade 316 grade stainless steel wash chamber provides superior corrosion resistance • Three available levels of direct injection provide excellent cleaning results and application flexibility. 2 • Features a 21 liter tank for preheating DI water. Preheating temperature is adjustable from 60º C to 90º. DI water rinses heated to 95º C to ensure proper removal of both the contaminant and detergent residues. • Dual drain pumps allow optional water recycling by sending water from specified cycles to a holding tank for re-use or pretreatment. Drain and circulation pumps are completely independent of each other, preventing crosscontamination. Features an RS-232 serial interface to document process parameters. • Accepts a variety of interchangeable standard and injection baskets. Baskets can be easily changed to allow maximum flexibility from load to load. • Detergent and neutralizing agents are dispensed via dual peristaltic type pumps. Each pump features a colorcoded 10L dispensing jug located in the bottom of the unit for convenient storage.
