The Blue Gum Hotel has undergone a transformation with major renovations taking place and new decor in the Bistro area. The new look is fresh, brighter and adds to the old charm characteristics and atmosphere of the hotel. We offer a variety of spaces catering to all types of functions, events and occassions. Our rooms are light, spacious and comfortable and can be set up to suit any event. We are committed to providing a memorable experience with outstanding service and a friendly smile. Cocktail: Banquet/sit down: 140 people 80 - 120 people Minimum food spend is $2,400 - Friday PM, Saturday PM and Sunday lunch. TERRACE The Terrace is our elevated function room, perfect for private functions. Isolated music available and fully airconditioned. Cocktail: Sit down: 80 people 60 people Minimum food spend is $1,800 - Friday PM, Saturday PM and Sunday lunch. SEATED DINING Minimum of 30 guests. Meals served alternately, two options from each. Cocktail: Sit down: 70 people 60 people The menu changes with the seasons, please feel free to discuss the menu options with the function coordinator when making your booking. FUNCTIONS . DEPOSIT At the time of making a booking we require a deposit of $200 to secure the area for the function. This deposit is then refunded after the function is held. A full refund is given if more than 30 days notice is given for a cancellation. TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings will be considered tentative until the Function Booking Reservation Form is completed, signed and returned to the Blue Gum Hotel via fax, email or in person. Note: credit card details must be completed. Please note 20% of the minimum spend or confirmed numbers will be charged to the credit card details provided. This will be the cancellation fee should your booking be cancelled with less than one month (30 days) notice. Final numbers and time of arrival must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to your reservation. Charges apply for the full amount of the set menu based on final confirmed numbers. Lunch bookings are advised that you will be asked to leave the function space at 4.30pm.
