DESCRIPTION

THE LAND
THE BUILDINGS

each of the loose boxes.
ACCESS DRIVE
The access drive is owned although the properties at the roadside end have a right of
way over the driveway. There is a further right of way to the land over a nearby
driveway with metal gate in the north-west boundary.
WASH ROOM
The land has been well maintained and is divided into three turn-out paddocks, each
mainly post and rail fenced with Double Field Shelter and water troughs to all
enclosures.
