1 oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.

1 oz. Laird’s Bonded
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. grenadine

Build ingredients together in a highball glass filled

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.

1 oz. bourbon
¼ oz. simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 large orange peels
In a stirring pitcher, combine all ingredients,
expressing the orange peels into the pitcher before
dropping them in. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain
into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
KISS O WHISKEY
1 oz. The Big O™
1 oz. bourbon, rye, or scotch
½ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail

Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in shaker
filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a

ale.
Ginger Honey Caipirinha
1 oz The Big O™
1 oz Leblon Cachaca
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey syrup or simple syrup
Shake all ingredients. Strain over ice. Garnish with
lime wedge.
BIG O PICKLE
1 ½ oz. The Big O™
½ oz. gin (Hendrick’s)
½ oz. Velvet Falernum
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
1 sprig dill
2 cucumber slices
Muddle dill, cucumber, and lime together. Add ice
and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously, then
fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with additional cucumber slice and dill
sprig.
The O-tini
1 ½ oz The Big O ™
1 ½ oz vodka
Shake with ice then strain into a chilled martini
glass. Garnish with twist of orange.
O-la-la
2 oz The Big O ™
6 oz dry sparkling wine
Pour The Big O ™ into a champagne flute, top with
sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Michael Collins Irish Whiskey
¾ oz Cointreau
¼ The Big O™
1 dash orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled
cocktail glass; garnish with clove-studded orange
peel.

1 ½ oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
Build over ice and stir gently until well chilled.

Dark and Stormy Night!
1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1 1/2 ounces The Big O™ ginger liqueur
5-6 ounces ginger beer
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice. Squeeze lime wedge
over ice. Pour rum and The Big O™ into the glass.
Add ginger beer. Stir lightly and garnish with lime
wedge.
The O Gimlet
2 1/2 oz The Big O™
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Build over ice. Stir gently and garnish with a twist of
lime.

1 ½ oz Jameson's
¾ oz The Big O™
¾ oz Grand Mariner
¾ oz lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into a
chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Luck O' the Irish
½ oz Bushmills
1 oz The Big O™
¼ oz lime juice
1 oz soda water
Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice and
top with soda water. Stir. Garnish with lime wheel.
Oh, Rosemary
2 oz Hendrix Gin
1 oz The Big O™
1 slice cucumber
2 small sprigs rosemary
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1 lemon twist
Add ingredients (except lemon twist) to shaker with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain
into a chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon peel
over the drink then garnish with the peel.
The Big O™ Margarita
1 oz The Big O ™
1 oz tequila
¾ oz Grand Marnier
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed
with a sugar/lime zest/cayenne pepper rim. Garnish
with a twist of orange.

¾ oz Jameson's Irish Whiskey
Stir with ice and serve in a shot glass.
The Big O™ Mojito
1 oz The Big O ™
1 oz dark rum
Four fresh mint leaves, crushed
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz club soda
Muddle the lime juice and mint leaves in the
bottom of a shaker. Add ice, The Big O™, rum and
lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins
glass. Add soda, stir and garnish with a sprig of
mint.

1 ½ oz vodka
¾ oz The Big O ™
½ oz Triple Sec
¼ oz fresh lime Juice
1 oz cranberry juice cocktail
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz rye whiskey
Splash of club soda
Pour whiskey and The Big O ™ into a highball glass
over 2 or 3 ice cubes. Top with club soda.

Build the cocktail in a shaker. Shake vigorously and
strain ice into a pint glass filled with fresh ice with
an orange slice.

2 oz London dry gin
1 oz The Big O™
1 dash orange bitters
Stir the gin, The Big O™ , and bitters well with
cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ginger Manhattan
2 oz rye whiskey
¾ oz The Big O™
½ oz vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Pour the whiskey, The Big O™ , vermouth, and
bitters over cracked ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain and serve in a Collins glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with a twist or a maraschino cherry.
