They are the Money Wise Team. You may be experiencing some form of debt or might not be receiving the benefits that you are entitled to. It can be a difficult time, but help is available. The Money Wise Team understand that these issues can be difficult to address, so we can meet you in your home. What is the Money Wise Team? The Gedling Homes’ Money Wise Team is a dedicated team of advisors who offer independent advice on benefits, debt and new tenancy support for Gedling Homes’ tenants. Your dedicated advisor will only contact other agencies or persons if you have given written consent. Visit the dedicated area on our website www.gedlinghomes.co.uk where there is a lot more information Email us at [email protected] Speak to a Money Wise Team advisor at our advice session held every Wednesday morning from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Gedling Homes Customer Contact Centre, Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold. No appointment necessary. Through referrals from external agencies such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Social Services or your GP, providing you are a Gedling Homes tenant. Appointments can be held at your own home if you prefer. When does the service stop? Your advisor will discuss this with you, the support usually stops when: • • • • You are fully able to manage your finances/tenancy No further progress can be made due to loss of contact Your Gedling Homes tenancy ends You no longer want or need our support Be Wise and get help to manage your money Gedling Homes - Great Homes, Great Neighbourhoods, Great People
