Rev 11.19.06 Page 1 of 13 My Showings Overview My Showings is used to automatically prepare professional showing materials for yourself and your buyers. It also helps to create a professional impression. Every listing in the package will be included in the Buyer Showing History. It reminds your buyers of scheduled showings. It's Designed to promote interactivity with your buyer. Add Listings To Your Showings First, go to any search results. Went you want to show a property, click any of the three showing icons ( 1, 2, 3 ). I am using the thumbnail view in the example below. The icons differ in the way you request a showing, but all of the icons add the showing to My Showings. Requesting a showing from your buyer's Favorites, Agent Picks, Views, Home Finder or Quick Search for buyer (all available from your Buyer/ Seller Folder List) automatically indicates the buyer and makes it easier to print his showing package from My Showings. Date 11-19-2006 Page 2 of 13 The Showing Icons The Showing icons differ in the following ways: 1. 2. Schedule Showing — This showing will be instantly confirmed. Request Showing — This showing must be processed by an appointment coordinator. You will be called by the listing office upon confirmation. If an appointment coordinator is not available, or if there is not enough time to process the appointment, you will be asked to call the listing office immediately to confirm the showing. 3. Add to My Showings — This showing must always be requested by phone. Contact information will be provided for you to call the listing office. Requesting a Showing When you request a showing by clicking on a showing icon, enter the date and time (4) of the showing. The buyer information (5) you are showing the property to is for your eyes only and is used in printing the report and in the Buyer Showing History. You can View Upcoming Showings (6) to help you schedule your showings in succession and resolve conflicts. © 1998-2007 Listingbook,TM LLC. All Rights Reserved. Rev 11.19.06 Page 3 of 13 Getting Showing Instructions 1. No showing instructions can be seen until the appointment is confirmed. 2. When you click Schedule Showing , showing instructions will be automatically displayed upon confirmation. 3. When you click Request Showing , showing instructions will be displayed after a coordinator processes your request. 4. When you click Add to My Showings , showing instructions will be given to you when you call the coordinator. You may then handwrite your showing instructions into your Showing Package. Seeing And Printing My Showings The My Showings list collects and organizes all of your upcoming showings in one convenient place. To see your scheduled showings, click on My Showings on your Frontpage (7). © 1998-2006 Listingbook® Services. All Rights Reserved. All of your showings, confirmed and not confirmed, automatically appear when you use any of Listingbook's showing links or schedule a showing with an office using Listingbook Appointments. All of the confirmed appointments will display showing instructions. If you have requested showings for several buyers, you can view upcoming showings for a specific buyer by using the buyer drop down menu (8). If you have not chosen or want to change a buyer for showings, you can do so by clicking on the Edit Showing link (9), or by checking the box next to the price of properties you're showing to a buyer and then clicking on Indicate Buyer/Seller (9). You can cancel a showing by clicking the Cancel Showing Request link or Edit Showing (10). Select the listings you would like to print and click on Print Showing Package (11) to prepare a Showing Package for your buyer (s). © 1998-2007 Listingbook,TM LLC. All Rights Reserved. Rev 11.19.06 Page 5 of 13 The Print Showing Package Options 1. You can choose whose showings you want to print by selecting the buyer or all of the buyers. 2. You can choose which showings to print: the selected showings, today's upcoming or all of today’s showings), tomorrow's showings, or all upcoming showings. 3. You can choose what to print: • Agent Showing List - This is a list of your showings with listing contact information and driving directions. • Agent Property Details - This is the property details with agent-only information. • Buyer Cover Page - This is a cover page for your buyer's showing summary. It has their name and your contact information on it. • Buyer Showing Summary - This is a summary list of all the properties you will show to the buyer. • Buyer Property Details - This is buyer property detail pages of all properties being shown. • Buyer Property Images - This is all of the property images for each property. • Buyer Property Checklist - This covers all of the property details and gets your buyer's opinion using this checklist.
