MOD. CLIMAX 2.5 M
The retractable lifeline device model "CLIMAX 2.5 M"
has been designed to be used as part of a fall
protection system according to EN 360.
In the event of a fall, the mechanism inside the Climax
6M gradually locks using a brake system, ad the fall is
stopped smoothly with a force of less than 6 kN.
When the user is climbing upwards or downwards, the
webbing is kept tensioned by the return spring.
Application
Climax 2.5 M retractable type fall arrester reduces the
shock loading on the body by limiting the distance of
the fall. It is used in work inspection, general
construction, work maintenance, oil production,
telecommunication, and confined space where worker
mobility and fall protection are needed.
Technical features
The retractable lifeline device model "CLIMAX 2.5 M"
consists of:
- Cover made in ABS
- Shock absorber
- Webbing: 47 mm x 2mm. Length: 2.5 M
- Fixation Karabiner Climax 30: symmetrical
connector with a manual threaded locking system.
Open gate: 16 mm.
