Vision
What kind
of game is
Bushido?
Immersive
Players are invited to step into the world of Feudal Japan and experience battle as a real
Samurai Warrior. They must don their armour, draw their Katana’s, and march towards
the fight in persuit of honor, fame and the ultimate title of Shogun.
Unique
Bushido is the only game within its genre that is set in Feudal Japan. No other game has
yet been able to offer the same experience.
Fluid
Bushido’s unique combat system has been designed to feel realistic and fluid. A battle
against a lesser opponent could be over in a few moments, but a going toe-to-toe with
skilled enemy will offer an exciting and cinematic experience.
Depth
Players have the opportunity to personalise their experience by choosing from a diverse
range of armours and weapons - all of which are based on real-life examples to help
maintain that level of immersion and historical accuracy.

Who are

Warfare...
That mod was ‘Bushido: Feudal Warfare’ and was first announced on the Torn Banner
forums back in 2013. Bushido proved to be a hit with the community, so the team
decided to form a new studio and transform Bushido a stand alone proposition.
Over the last 2 years, Meteor Pixel have been undertaking contract work for a diverse
range of projects (including: Motion Capture, Animation, 3D Modelling/Sculpting and

Core
Gameplay
Combat
Combat in Bushido is based on the teachings of Miyamoto Musashi A legendary Samurai swordsman who wrote ‘The Book of 5 Rings’, a
manual that is still in print today, 400 years later.
Musashi’s teachings have allowed Meteor Pixel to craft a unique, free-flowing and
hardcore combat system - one that allows players to live out their fantasies of
becoming a master Samurai swordsman.
