LEVELLINE STICK CORNERS
LEVELLINE Outside 90 pre-cut sticks are durable,
easy-to-install corners that deliver perfect corners
in record time.
• Better than metal – does not have a memory, less waste,
less dents, no rust
• Easier to carry and handle – lighter, easy to cut, no sharp edges
• Quality product with an extended lifetime over metal corners
When installing drywall for 90° Corners, hang drywall as shown.
With a 4" (100 mm) taping knife, apply Taping or All-Purpose joint
compound to each corner at least 4" (100 mm) wide and 1/2"
(6 mm) thick.

Roll It
With LEVELLINE corner bead properly
positioned on the wall (and tight to the
ceiling), use any standard paper face
metal roller to firmly embed the bead;
finish as outlined earlier.
CertainTeed Double Barrel Hopper
The Double Barrel Hopper works well with the LEVELLINE Outside 90
corner bead. Press desired length of Levelline bead through hopper
and install/finish as outlined earlier.
Accommodates all inside and outside angles without time-consuming
part changeovers and reconfiguration.

NO corner trim to the wall
1. Apply LEVELLINE
and press into position, ensuring that the
trim is tight to the ceiling. Firmly embed
corner trim using the taping knife or
CertainTeed roller. Remove any excess
compound and allow to dry for 24 hours.
2. With a 6" (150 mm) taping knife, apply
a second coat of Taping or All-Purpose
joint compound, carefully feathering the
compound 6" (150 mm) out from the
nose of the trim. Allow to dry.
3. With a 8" (200 mm) finishing knife,
apply Finishing or All-Purpose joint
compound to the corner as smoothly
as possible, feathering out the final
coat 8" (200 mm) from the nose of the
trim. Allow to dry; sand and paint.
