There is a man. His name is Henry Morgan. Henry Morgan is the most terrible pirate in the
Caribbean. Henry controls the Caribbean Sea. The Spaniards carry silver from New Spain to
Spain in fleets. Antonio Medina is the captain of one of the boats. Antonio has a girlfriend. Her
name is Raquel.
Henry Morgan and Antonio Medina want to find a secret map. With the map, they can search
for “the water of life”. Antonio searches for the map in Cuba and he finds the map in a pistol
that he buys. Henry looks for Antonio because he knows he has the map.
Antonio abandons Raquel and she uses Henry Morgan in order to find Antonio. Henry finds
Antonio and takes the map. Henry and his pirates rob the silver from Antonio, and they leave
(salir) to find ‘the water of life”. Raquel finds out/learns that Antonio has another girlfriend in
Spain. She doesn’t want to be with Antonio. Henry and Raquel find the water and drink the
water. It changes their attitude and now (ahora) Henry wants to be an honest pirate. He
doesn’t care about the silver or the map anymore. He just wants to be with Raquel. They go to
Jamaica and live very content (happy).
