Dinner Event: Join us for a distinctive coffee-inspired culinary experience.
Your adventure will begin with specially selected canapés, followed by a Costa Rican-inspired dinner
entrée, and ending with a guided matching and tasting of 8 exquisite desserts and 4 exceptional coffees
all for $59.00. Coffee experts will provide their candid industry insight into the world of coffee.
The Coffee: Selected single origin green coffee beans from the America's, Africa, and Pacific will be
freshly roasted at Equator Coffee Roasters in Almonte, representing the three (3) key growing regions of
the world, and emphasizing the unique characteristics of each coffee.
The Food: Will be prepared by our talented Algonquin Students under Chef-Professor Mario Ramsay.
The Proceeds: from the event will be used to support Schoolbox, a registered Canadian Charity that
helps children access primary education in Central America.
