Known Good Die (KGD) products and plastic encapsulated packaged products
Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation ("Peregrine") hereby declares, as of the date Products
are purchased, that the product(s) described above (the “Products”): (1) are compliant with the
European Union Directive 2011/65/EU for Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous
Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS2 Directive); and (2) do not contain
any REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) (as defined in latest Commission
Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 in excess of a threshold limit of 0.1% (1,000 ppm) by weight.
Additional environmental specifications for the Products can be found in the “Product
Environmental Specifications” table attached hereto.
This declaration represents Peregrine’s knowledge and belief based on information provided
by third party suppliers. This declaration is provided for informational purposes only and is not
intended to create legal obligations between Peregrine and the recipient of this letter.
Peregrine believes the above and related statements made in published Peregrine compliance
-related documentation, including but not limited to any material composition data, laboratory
and testing reports, to be valid and accurate as of the date of the corresponding statement, but
