A West Aurora High School (WAHS) student requesting to bring a guest must have this form completed before purchasing a
ticket to the dance. Unauthorized guests will not be admitted.
A guest must be at least a 9th grader and not yet reached their 21st birthday.
Guests who are enrolled in high school must obtain a signature of good standing from a Dean, Counselor or Administrator
from their school.
Guests not enrolled in high school must obtain permission from Officer Weaver (Honor House).
Guests must present a photo ID to be admitted. College students must present a current college ID.
Guests must arrive at the dance with their WAHS host student. Only ONE GUEST per WAHS host student will be permitted.
