TICKET EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
ONLY SUBSCRIBERS may exchange their tickets for
another performance of the same production!
Exchanges not allowed for $20 or $25 Early Peformance Offers.
Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours prior
to your originally scheduled performance.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS, CALL THE BOX OFFICE AT 847-634-0200
1. Be sure to have your tickets, alternative dates and credit
card available. In order to be seated together, all tickets
must be exchanged at the same time.
2. Our Box Office staff will be able to give you your specific
seat locations for your new date.
3. Once the exchange is made, your original seats are released.
4. If the exchange is made more than 7 working days before
the performance your new tickets will be mailed to you.
If not, you may pick them up at the Box office window.
A $3.00 per ticket exchange fee and any upgrade fee if changing
to a different day or time will apply. Please see pricing chart below.
