intends to develop Integrated Bus Terminus cum
Commercial Complexes under Public Private
Partnership (PPP) mode at the towns of Manali,
Chintpurni, Baddi, Dhalli (shimla), Rohru
& Parking-cum-Shopping Mall at Palampur
The Land shall be provided on Long Term Basis.

Venture Ltd are the project development advisors
to the Authority. HPBSMDA invites proposals

Broad Scope of Work: Developer shall Plan, Design, Engineer, Finance, Construct, Market, Operate, Maintain & Manage the Project Facility and recover the investment
through various applicable revenue streams during the Concession Period. Purchase & Submission of RFP Document: All the interested parties can purchase the RFP
document by payment of a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rupees 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) or US$ 225 (US$ Two Hundred and Twenty Five only) in favour of
“Himachal Pradesh Bus Stand Management & Development Authority” payable at Shimla, on or before 1200 Hrs, November 15, 2011 from the HPBSMDA Office. RFP
documents can be downloaded from the website www.hrtc.gov.in or requested on email: [email protected]. The documents downloaded from the website shall be submitted
along with the Demand Draft of the above specified amount. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on October 18, 2011 at 1500 Hrs at HPBSMDA office at the address mentioned
below. The Proposals shall be received upto 1500 Hrs on or before November 15, 2011. HPBSMDA reserves right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection
process at any time, without incurring any liability and without assigning any reason thereof. The bidders are requested to visit the website (www.hrtc.gov.in) for future
corrigenda / addenda / errata etc.
