Turnover contracted by 76.10% on low volumes. Safaricom, Equity and KCB dominated 60.70% of volumes. NSE 20 Share Index declined by 0.06% as Co-Operative Bank lead the advancing charge with a meager 1.76%. NSE 25 Share Index, the only green indicator, was up by 0.03% with NASI shedding 0.54%. FTSE 15 and FTSE 25 lost 0.17% and 0.35% respectively. Capitalization slid 0.54% downwards. Foreign activity was at low of 47.00% as the market closed with a net outflow. Jubilee, KCB, KPLC, Safaricom and Centum topped on average outflows as NMG, Equity and Kenol crowned the Net Buys. Small counters dominated the bargain chasing whilst high liquid large cap counters continued to control the foreign activity. Manufacturing Sector Index had only three counters Flame tree, Carbacid and Bamburi dropped 4.76%, 0.67% and 0.62% respectively as all the other counters traded on unmoved prices.
