Terms & Conditions:
1.
This marketing program (“Program”) is from State Bank of India (“Bank”) under an arrangement with
Motorola and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current
State Bank Debit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by Bank.
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is from 21st April, 2015 (00:00 hrs) till 28th April, 2015 (23:59 hrs),
unless extended by Bank, Motorola and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd by mutual consent in writing.
3. All State Bank Debit Cardholders excluding State Bank Virtual Debit Card are covered under this
Program.
4. State Bank Debit Cards refers to any Debit Card issued by
a. State Bank of India
b. State Bank of Hyderabad
c. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur
d. State Bank of Travancore
e. State Bank of Mysore
f. State Bank of Patiala
is eligible to avail this offer.
5. Under this Program, cardholder can avail 10% instant discount during the Offer Period for Purchases of :

6. The maximum discount permitted/allowed per State Bank Debit Card is Rs. 1,200/-.
7. Maximum numbers of transactions allowed under the offer per State Bank Debit Card is 1.
8. The discount will be calculated on the cart amount comprising of products belonging to the eligible
above mentioned categories only.
9. Discount is NOT applicable for Card-on-delivery transactions.
10. Discount is NOT applicable on Gift Wrap or premium delivery charges.
11. Discount is NOT applicable in case of partial payments. In case OF any transaction where a customer
uses Flipkart EGV or Wallet, discount will NOT be applied.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 28th Apr 2015. Post such date, Bank,
Motorola, & Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding
this Program from any persons.
2. Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not
accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of
such products which shall be at the sole liability to Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
3. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as
part of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
4. In the event an Orders is cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while
checking eligibility of discount. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer
either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a
resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible
towards the same.
5. Products offered under this program are subject to availability from the respective participating
merchants/sellers of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and accordingly Bank or Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd in no
circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
6. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in
lieu by Bank or by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
7. Bank will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional
benefits offered by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd on products/services made available by it and the same shall
be at the sole risk and consequences of Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd and without reference to Bank.
8. All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder
as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
9. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by
Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai for Bank and language
of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against
Bank.
10. Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programs. Any such participation is voluntary
and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
11. Bank/Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions
applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
