TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CORRESPONDENT BANKS

GENERAL TERMS
1. Banca Etruria Group means Nuova Banca dell’Etruria e del Lazio Spa (ARBAIT33), all its branches and
its subsidiaries, Banca Popolare Lecchese Spa (POPHIT21) and Banca Federico del Vecchio Spa
(BFDVIT31). For SEPA payments each above mentioned bank is directly reachable.
2. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all transactions sent to Banca Etruria Group, which must
be reached through the SWIFT code ARBAIT33.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, Banca Etruria Group does not handle payments as intermediary. If the
beneficiary’s account is not with Banca Etruria Group, payments will be returned to the ordering bank
and charges will be deducted from the amount returned.
4. Banca Etruria Group may reject any incoming payment which could be considered against rules and
regulations applicable in Italy.
5. Unless otherwise agreed, Collections are subject to the ICC Uniform Rules for Collections currently in
force.
6. Documentary Credits and Stand-by Letters of Credit are subject to the ICC Uniform Customs and
Practice for Documentary Credits currently in force.
7. All additional expenses incurred by Banca Etruria Group and any correspondents charges, taxes,
postage and/or telecommunications costs, if any, are to the debit of the ordering bank in addition to
the conditions herein.
8. Banca Etruria Group will not pay charges or fees claimed two months after the date of the relevant
transaction.
9. These Terms and Conditions replace all previous ones.
10. These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede all pre-existing agreements regarding our charges
and fees.
11. These Terms and Conditions may be reviewed or amended at any time without prior notice.
