Sun protection:
UV radiation can get really strong in the mountains! Sun lotion protects you against painful sunburns.
Warm clothes:
you‘re nearly 2000 meters above sea level! Up here it can get really cold! Please don‘t forget to pack enough warm clothes so that
nothing can prevent you from spending a whole day outdoors: remember to bring a cap, gloves, a scarf etc!
Sturdy footwear:
the site is located on uneven, snow-covered grassland, which is why

taking along warm, sturdy shoes is essential! We would like to point
out that the weather in (high) alpine regions can change very quickly.
Protect your body:
Drink enough non-alcoholic beverages – two to three liters per
day would be ideal.
Take a break – a festival is exhausting, don‘t overtax your body.
Wear ear protection in order to prevent hearing impairments –
especially when staying in front of the stages or the loudspeaker
systems. We will hand out free hearing protection with your Goody
Bag, which you will get at the Visitor Center or during your check-in.
Don‘t forget your prescription medicine and headache pills. Your
equipment should include a small first-aid kit with strips of adhesive
plaster, tweezers etc to enable you to treat small injuries on the spot.

Additionally....please keep in mind that we do not hand out contraceptives or „morning after“ pills!
We wish you all a great, injury-free time!
HEARING PROTECTION
There‘s nothing like listening and dancing to your favorite music;
especially children, however, cannot really assess the volume,
which is why we have enclosed suitable hearing protection in our
Goodie Bag. You‘ll get the Goodie Bag directly at the check-in at the
FMM Visitor Center!
