NOTE
Position mounting bracket with notched end against stirrup channel, holding bracket tight to corner.
NOTE
For tables without pelvic tilt, remove two screws that secure seat to upper wrap.
A. With table in horizontal position, lift seat vertically.
Secure it to prevent it from falling.
B. Extend footrest shelf and remove pad.
C. Remove drain pan.

Two sets of knee crutch mounting brackets are
supplied with kit. Only use set of brackets that
fit in corners of upper wrap without protruding past outer
edges. Discard other set of brackets.
Style A
A. Mark hole location on stirrup channel using two
lower holes.
B. Using 7/32" drill bit, drill two holes in stirrup channel
at location marks.
C. Install mounting bracket with two lockwashers and
1/4"-20 x 5/8" screws.

A. Use two top holes of mounting bracket as template
and a 9/32" drill bit to drill two holes through side of
upper wrap.
B. Install plate clamp with two 1/4"-20 x 5/8" screws.

Loosen handle.
Insert knee crutch assembly to desired height.
Rotate knee crutch to desired position.
Tighten handle.
