Goal Getter Program
Troop Award
Each troop can be a “Goal Getter” by meeting the following criteria:
⚬ 2017 Troop Cookie Manager Agreement form must be completed, signed and submitted to the
council office by Saturday, October 1, 2016.
⚬ Troop must be a complete troop by Monday, December 12, 2016 to participate in the Cookie Program.
A complete troop has a minimum of two currently registered adults and five currently registered girls.
⚬ Troop incorporates the 5 Leadership Skills throughout the Cookie Program.

3 percent increase:
* Troops who increase their troop’s initial order* by
3 percent over last year’s sale will receive a “2017
Goal Getter” patch and an “Owl Dangler” for each
girl in their troop who sold cookies.
* New troops (as of this membership year) must
place a minimum initial order* of 289 cases (3468
boxes), 3% more than the overall GSU average from
last year.
6 percent increase:
* Troops who increase their troop’s initial order* by
6 percent over last year’s sale will receive a “2017
Goal Getter” patch and an “Owl Dangler” for each
girl in their troop who sold cookies and one (1) tote
bag for TCM.
* New troops (as of this membership year) must
place a minimum initial order* of 297 cases (3564
boxes), 6% more than the overall GSU average from
last year.
*Troop’s initial order is the amount submitted in eBudde (GSU’s web-based cookie program). Review
eBudde’s Dashboard to obtain your troop’s 2016 initial order, if applicable. Cookies purchased at GSU’s Girl
Scout Shop and service centers and/or from other troops/girls do NOT count towards troop’s initial order.
The online form is available from Monday, March 6 until Monday, March 20, 2017 at 11:59 p.m.
Note: The form will require your community name/number, troop number, contact name, email address,
preferred phone number, how your troop incorporated the 5 Leadership Skills throughout the Cookie
Program, and if your troop is a new troop as of this membership year (not a returning troop).
