Formica Gloss Upgrade Promotion - Terms & Conditions
PART A - THE PROMOTION
Subject to the Terms & Conditions under this Promotion, an Owner entering into a Building Contract with Oakford Homes during the
Promotion Period is entitled to receive an upgrade to all face materials of kitchen cupboard doors & drawers to Category A Formica Gloss
Melamine board in lieu of HRM (High Moisture Resistant) board at no additional charge. The Promotion colours are:- Snowdrift, Warm White,
Gentle Beige, Streetlight, Birch and Mulga. The Promotion is limited to one colour in kitchen only and colour is to be selected from Builder’s
Standard Range at Aldon Cabinet Makers, Lonsdale.
Bonus items included are as follows:
•
Glass splashback to the value of $1,000 over kitchen bench cupboards
•
Blanco Freestanding Dishwasher Stainless Steel
•
Soft close mechanism to standard kitchen doors (soft close to drawers is an additional cost)
•
$1,000 to spend at selections
PROMOTION VALUE $5,425*
The Promotion commences at 9am on Tuesday 18th April 2017 and is only available to Building Contracts signed on or before 5pm (AEST)
on Friday 30th June 2017 (herein after referred to as the Promotion Period).
PART B - GENERAL TERMS
1. The Owner participating in the Promotion agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2.
To be eligible for the Promotion, the Owner must :
a) enter into a Building Contract with Oakford Homes during the Promotion Period; and
b) pay the deposit required under the Building Contract during the Promotion Period; and
c) accept the Promotion at the time of signing both the Building Contract and Building Proposal (the Promotion must be itemised).
3.
The Promotion applies to Building Contracts where the site is located within the Adelaide metropolitan area, northern suburbs as
far as Gawler, southern suburbs as far as Encounter Bay and Adelaide Hills areas. The Promotion is not available to Oakford Homes
speculative contracts or Building Contracts that are conditional to the Subject to Sale of Property.
4.
Gloss upgrade applies to all face materials of kitchen cupboard doors & drawers (as per Builder’s Standard) including island back.
5.
Should the Owner upgrade from the Category A Formica Gloss Melamine board they will be charged the difference between the
standard HMR to the upgraded selection, not the difference from the Category A Formica Gloss Melamine board.
6.
The Promotion entitlements are not redeemable for cash or interchangeable and may not be assigned. Credits will not be given for
the exclusion of any upgrades. All items must be supplied & installed by Oakford Homes. Selections are from Builder’s Standard Range
(unless otherwise stated). The Promotion does not include any upgrade to other joinery items.
7.
To the extent permitted by law, Oakford Homes is not liable and does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by a
Purchaser or any other person:
a) by reason of any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated during the course of the Promotion;
b) who relies upon the information in any advertisement relating to the Promotion or participates in the Promotion; or
c) due to the inability of Oakford Homes to provide any aspect of the Promotion as a result of the act of any third party.
8.
There is a limit of one Promotion per Building Contract. The Promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions contained in the
Building Contract.
9.
Any monetary values expressed in the Promotion are inclusive of GST.
10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by Oakford Homes.
11. Oakford Homes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without
prior notice.
12. These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions for the Promotion.
PART C - ELIGIBILITY
BEFORE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT OF SALE, INTERESTED PARTIES ARE RECOMMENDED TO TAKE SUCH ACTION AS NECESSARY
TO SATISFY THEMSELVES OF ANY PERTINENT MATTERS.
