2 & 4 MILE RUN/WALK
¼ MILE KIDS FUN RUN!
SATURDAY APRIL 16, 2016
START TIME- 2 & 4 MILE- 9 AM 1/4 MILE KID’S RACE (10 & under 8:30AM)
RACE LOCATION –Starts and finishes in front of the Carl Sandburg College Gym in Galesburg,
IL just off of South Lake Storey Road
ENTRY FEES-2 & 4 MILES RACES, Pre-registered $20 with long sleeve race shirt. $18 for GRRC
Members, Sandburg Staff & Students. $25 FOR ALL ON RACE DAY.
KIDS ¼ MILE RACE entry is $7 pre-registered with a short sleeved shirt and $10 race day. Preregistered entries should be post marked on or before 4/12/16.
Register on-line at www.getmeregistered.com until 4/14/16.
A portion of the proceeds will go to St.Jude's Midwest affiliate.
PACKET PICKUP & REGISTRATION begins at 7am in the CSC gym. RACE DAY REGISSTATION ENDS @ 8:30 sharp!
COURSE -2 & 4 Mile run is a scenic out and back blacktop course. Timers at mile markers.
AWARDS -Will be presented after the race in the gym in the following divisions;
-The first place Male & Female Finishers in both races. The top 3 finishers in each age group in 2 & 4.
2 MILE-MEN’S & WOMEN’S-19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
4 MILE- MEN’S & WOMEN’S-19 & under, 20-29,30-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
FACILITIES -Showers & lockers available. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
REFRESHMENTS -Fruit, drink, and snacks will be provided to all participants.
