INFO FOR STUDENTS
Tickets for Home Games
If you have a ticket to this week’s game and
plan to attend:
1.Log on to AU Access and click “my campus.” You will see
a section labeled Student Athletic Ticket Order.
2.Click on “view ticket order” and you will be able to see
the tickets you have purchased for the 2016 football
season.
3.Confirm that your order is correct. If you have questions
contact the Athletics Ticket Office at (855) 282-2010,
option 3 or email [email protected]
If you have a ticket to this week’s game and
want to transfer your ticket to a specific AU
student for student use, not guest pass use:
1.Log on to AU Access and click “my campus.” You will see
a section labeled Student Athletic Ticket Orders.
2.Click on the “transfer Football Tickets” link.
3.Enter the student’s banner ID, GID or Auburn email
address into the recipient box.
4.Hit the green transfer button.
5.You have now completed a ticket transfer to another
Auburn University student that did not have a ticket.
Restrictions:
•Only home game tickets are transferable.
•Only the original ticket purchaser can transfer a ticket.
•Only a currently enrolled Auburn student can transfer a
ticket.
•Only a currently enrolled Auburn student who is not
already a ticket holder for a particular game can receive a
ticket transfer for that game.
•Only the transfer recipient can reverse the transfer back
to the original purchaser, after which it can be transferred
again by the original purchaser.
•The original ticket purchaser must be a currently enrolled
student at the time of the game, otherwise the transferred
ticket will no longer be valid
Reminders
•Please be aware as the sender you cannot reverse a
transfer once it is complete. Only the recipient can
transfer the ticket back to the original purchaser.​
•All student tickets are on a student’s Auburn Ignited Card.
Transferred tickets will be no different and will be loaded
onto the recipient’s ignited card. The system will send an
email message to both parties whenever a transfer or
reversal is made.
•Tickets are eligible to be transferred the week of the game
only.
•Tickets for each week’s game become available for
transfer the Sunday before the game at noon.
•The deadline to complete a transfer is midnight on Friday
night before the game.
•No transfers or reversals will be allowed after midnight,
Friday evening before the game.
•The transfer will take place immediately and the data
will be updated at least three times a week during game
weeks to reflect the transfer.
•Your ignited card may be checked at the ticket booth next
to gate 6 the week of each home game beginning on
Wednesday and continuing until 4 pm the day before the
game.
Guest Passes:
Students may bring a non-Auburn student to a home football
game by turning in a student ticket for a guest pass and
paying the difference between the face value of a ticket
and the price of a student ticket. A limited number of guest
passes are available on a game-by-game basis.
How to Give/Receive a Guest Pass:
Students may provide any home student ticket to another
student to be used for a guest pass. Tickets are eligible to be
given beginning at noon on Sunday before the game.
1.Student A provides Student B with ticket via online system.

2.Both parties will receive an email notification of a
successful transaction.
3.Student B must pay upgrade fee to claim guest pass
during claim period.
4.Student B must enter the stadium with his/her guest.
Restrictions:
•Only home games are eligible for guest passes
•Only a currently enrolled Auburn student may provide
a ticket to another currently enrolled Auburn student
(includes VCOM students)
•Only a currently enrolled Auburn student with a ticket
for that game is eligible to receive a guest pass (includes
VCOM students)
•Student-athletes are not eligible to give or receive guest passes
•Only the recipient can return the provided ticket back to
the original owner
•Received ticket may only be used for a guest pass
•To give/use tickets for another Auburn student to attend a
game, use the Student Ticket Transfer Site
Claim Period:
The guest pass claim period is Thursday from 9a.m.–1p.m.
the week of the game. Students must pay the Upgrade Fee
to claim their guest pass at the North Arena Box Office.
Upgrade fees must be paid via cash, check, or credit card
and cannot be billed to a student’s eBill. All guest passes
must be claimed during this period. No exceptions.
All unclaimed guest passes will be returned to the original
owner automatically after 1:00p.m. on Thursday the week of
the game.
Parking Information
All “C”, “PC” and “R” hang tag holders the following
parking lots carry certain restrictions on them for the day
before and the day of home football games:
•Coliseum, PC-Zone Lot: All vehicles must be removed by
11 a.m. on the day before a home football game. Signs
posted.
•West #1, C-Zone lot, North Section Only (at the west end
of Thach): All vehicles must be removed by 11 a.m. on the
day before a home football game. Signs posted.
•The RW Zone Lot (bounded by Wire Rd, Village View
Lane and War Eagle Way) and the C-Zone Lot (bounded
by Magnolia Ave. and Donahue Dr.): All vehicles must be
removed by 10 p.m. on the day before a home football
game. Signs posted.
•The entire Stadium parking deck (including RQ-Zone)
located by the football stadium: All vehicles must be
removed by 10 p.m. on the day before a home football
game. Signs posted.
•The PC-Zone lots located by the Arena, behind the Auburn
University Public Safety Office parking area and across
the street from Momma Goldberg’s: All vehicles must be
removed by 10 p.m. on the day before a home football
game. Signs posted.
•The first through third levels of the South Quad Parking
Deck. All vehicles must be removed by 10 p.m. the day
before a home football game. RH and RQ permitted
vehicles may continue to park in the RH and RQ zone in
this deck but only on the ramp from third to fourth level
and the fourth level).
VIOLATORS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TOWING
An alternate parking area for RQ, RW and RO hangtag
holders who are displaced by game day parking are
available, at the following locations:
(ADDITIONAL SECURITY IS PROVIDED AT THE HAYFIELD
LOT)
•The Alternate R Parking Lot (Hayfield) is located on the
corner of Donahue Drive and Lem Morrison Drive. Opens
at 12 noon the Thursday before and closes at 12 noon the
Sunday after each home game.
•The Comer Parking Lot is located on the corner of College
Street and Roosevelt Drive. Opens at 12 noon the Friday
before and closes at 12 noon the Sunday after each home
game.
•The Poultry Science Lot (C-zone only) located behind the
College of Poultry Science off of Lem Morrison Drive.
Opens at 10 p.m. the day before and close at 12 noon
the Sunday after each home game.
•Transit Service from the Hayfield Lot is provided on the
Thursday and Friday before each home football game.
Thursday operational hours are from 12 noon - 6 p.m.
Friday operational hours are from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. For
services between the hours of 6 p.m. - 7 a.m., please call
(334) 844-7400.
Student Alcohol Policy
Individuals found in possession of alcohol or visibly
intoxicated will not be permitted to enter an event and /
or will be removed from the event. Violators face possible
student discipline action, and loss of season ticket privileges.

Ignited Card
An Auburn Ignited Card is required for student
admission to ALL ticketed athletic events. Students may
collect their Auburn Ignited Card at the Auburn Arena Box
Office, Monday-Friday from 7:45am to 5:00pm. Students
must present their Tiger Card to collect their Ignited Card. A
student’s first Ignited Card is free of charge.
What if I lost my Auburn Ignited Card?
Replacement fees during football season (June 8 - end of
season) are $50 for the first replacement and $100 for
each replacement after. The replacement fee outside of
football season is $25. Replacement fees cannot be added
to a student’s eBill and are cumulative for a student’s entire
Auburn academic career.
Cost of Replacement:
•Football Season (June 8-End of Season)
First: $50 Each Time After: $100
•Non-Football Season
Infinite: $25
