How to find us:
From the North:
M5 to M50 to A449 through Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth. Exit A449 at Usk and follow B4235 signposted
Chepstow. Set your milometer here – Little Goytre Cottage is 5.1 miles along this road. After 0.6miles you will pass
The Rat Trap pub on your right. After a further 2 miles you will pass through the village of Llangwm. Proceed up
the hill and after a further 1.8m the road cuts through a wood. After a further 0.7 miles you will emerge from the
wood and see a cross roads sign. You will then see an ‘Alpacas Crossing’ road sign. Turn right into the driveway of
Little Goytre Cottage immediately before the crossroads.
From the East, or alternative route from the North:
M4 to M48 signposted South Wales. Follow signs for Chepstow, which will take you across the first Severn
crossing bridge. After the bridge, take the first exit (Junction 2) and then the third exit of the roundabout signposted
Chepstow A466. Set your milometer here – Little Goytre Cottage is 8.5 miles from here. After 1.0 mile you will
come to a roundabout, take the second exit signposted Tintern / Monmouth A466. After a further 0.9 mile, turn left
after Race Course Garage (Honda & Mitsubishi) signposted Usk B4235. After a further 2.8 miles, you will pass the
Carpenters Arms on the right. After a further 0.6 miles you will pass the Huntsman’s Hotel on the right. After a
further 2.4 miles you will come to a junction signposted to Earlswood – IGNORE THIS and stay on B4235. After a
further 0.8 miles you will see a small Neighbourhood Watch sign, just before a junction to the left. Pass this
junction but slow down. You will then see an ‘Alpacas Crossing’ road sign. The driveway to Little Goytre Cottage is
approximately 50 meters further on the left, immediately past the next crossroads.
From the South:
M5 to M4 signposted South Wales via second Severn crossing. Exit at Junction 24 and take the 4th exit of the
roundabout signposted Usk A449. Exit A449 at Usk and follow B4235 signposted Chepstow. Set your milometer
here – Little Goytre Cottage is 5.1 miles along this road. After 0.6miles you will pass The Rat Trap pub on your
right. After a further 2 miles. You will pass through the village of Llangwm. Proceed up the hill and after a further

M4, exit at Junction 24 and take the slip road signposted Usk A449. Exit A449 at Usk and follow B4235 signposted
