US to a particular destination exceeds $10, the full cost is due. Checking with US Postal fees, which are online, is the buyer’s responsibility. Look for ‘Flat Rate
International Priority Mail’ and select the rate for package dimensions and country. We will not look this up for you.
* A service charge will be assessed for correspondence on orders that are underpaid or unclear. Because of exorbitant bank fees to exchange non-U.S. currency into U.S. dollars, we
can only accept payment by check drawn on a U.S. bank or by International Postal Money Order in U.S. dollars. A Money Gram may also be acceptable with a $25 surcharge. Check
with us in advance.
We will not do arithmetic for you! Please figure your own order total. Do not contact us asking for prices or totals. Everything we have to say about that is on this order form. We’ll
check it when we actually have an order and payment in hand. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards. Send cash at your own risk. We strongly recommend against it.
A SERVICE CHARGE of at least $25.00 will be assessed for returned checks. We do not carry accounts--payment must accompany order.
REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds for permaculture papers and pamphlets or for any publications bought on sale, as part of a set, or at discount. Also there are no refunds
on slide/script sets, special order publications, and other materials provided on a custom basis. All other returned publications received here within 30 days of initial shipment
(exceptions made for overseas orders) in new condition will be refunded without question. NO REFUNDS on computer disks except the standard CD version of TIPS beginning
with Volume II. We will replace defective disks or publications returned within 60 days of shipping. The minimum charge for replacing broken disks is $25 per publication + pieces of
the broken disk, provided that we still have the same version on file. Damaged disks must be postmarked 30 days from the original date of shipping to qualify for free replacement. In all
other circumstances, replacement will be treated as an update with standard update fees required. DISCOUNTS: Discounts for the same item, if any, may not be combined.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS: It is your responsibility to notify us if your address changes. Be sure to let us know of your subscriptions and any other outstanding orders. Include your
order number and your old address.
TREE TITHE: As of January 1, 1985, all Yankee Permaculture print publications carry in their price a Tree Tithe. We set aside this money for re-planting trees to compensate for
those cut to make the paper that we use. Contributions to the Tree Tithe Fund are accepted.
EXPED ITED SHIPMENT. Pay by bank check or money order. See above instructions for postal money orders. Smaller items marked CD may also be sent as email attachments
for the CD rate, above. If sending as attachment fails after three tries, we will ship via US Postal Service. No orders are accepted without a conventional mail address.
Shipments to addresses outside the USA go cheapest mail or flat rate priority mail (available only on orders of $50 or more). Check with your national postal service to see if they
accept this type of mail from the US. (Not available to all countries.) We will not do this for you! There may be a surcharge for heavy orders to countries that do not accept US M-Bag
mail. All shipments outside the USA are at the buyer’s risk for losses and damage in transit.
